This is regarding False commitment and Fraudulent Practices done by Airtel. My Airtel No is 011-43052312 (Delhi). During the month of Oct, I did not receive the bill of my landline bill. After waiting for few more days when I called Airtel they told that bill has been delivered and they have the POD. When I requested them to send the copy of POD to me as well, they just refused my requested. After I contacted the Airtel Nodal office, the Nodal Officer (Mr Jatin), commited that the copy of Bill should reach me in 7 days, But even after 15 days I have not received the PODs. This is a clear indication of fradulent signatures done on POD which is a LEGAL OFFENCE DONE BY AIRTEL.

I even wrote a letter to Airtel Appellate Authority but they are hardly bothered about the matter.

Then in the following month there was a excess bill sent to me. After following up for nearly 3 months, I was commited an adjustment of Rs 5066/- (Letter was also given to me on Airtel letter head). But it was shocking to get my next month bill. The committed adjustment is missing from the bill. When I contacted Airtel again, I was asked to furnish the proofs of adjustment.

I am residing in DDA Flats pd block pitam pura at Ground floor it is a daily problem that the water get logged in the shaft area due to leakage in pipe of pd-71 d upper floor (PIPE IS COMING FROM UN AUTHORISED CONSTRUCTED ROOMS/TOILETS ON TERRECE), seepage has come in the walls and dirty smell is comming all the time,71-d is doing noththing to stop the water dropping down at ground floor inspite of sevaral requests. For this you will have to visit the flat and see to it than only you can understand? Hope you will look into the matter.

Sir,
I am residing in H.No. 10A, Gali No.4, Vikas Nagar Extn. Balaji Road, Near Sunday Market, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi - 110059. It is a daily problem that the water get logged near the house on the main road due to burst of MCD water line Pipe and there is sewer seepage near it. So, we are getting dirty water from Water Line and this causes prone diseases. For this Delhi Jal Board will have to visit the place and do some work to stop leakage of water and see to it than only you can understand? Kindly instruct the Delhi Jal Board people & MCD people to stop all the nuisance. Make necessary arrangement to put a new pipe and give proper connections to the users only. Hope you will look into the matter.

Subject : COMPLAINT FOR THE BLOCKAGE & OVER-FLOWING OF SEWER LINE OF MCD

Respected Sir/Mam

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my building is Blocked & Over flowing since last 2-3 months. Even after a repeated number of complaints to local authorities & MCD Office, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewerage keeps coming out of it and has made the whole premises inside my building & on the road outside of my building very smelling foul. The problem of water not being disposed out correctly can also give rise to some disease. Due to this sewer problem my toilets are also not working properly.

Whenever I go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. I just can't understand what to do. They were completely not concerned about my helplessness of not able to use the toilet at all. What I am supposed to do?

The cover of the sewer line in front of my house C-201 Saket, New Delhi-110017 is stolen from last one year. Then it was covered by a stone slab since then, causing lot of security risk and hygenic hazard.
Inspite of my several request no action has been taken so far.
Please ask the concerned authorities to take some action ASAP.

I , Vivek Garg, R/o A- 73 Anand Vihar Delhi-110092 want to complain against the water being logged in the drains outside our house.

The Drains that were built outside our houses are of no use. There is always stand still water in the drains because of which our houses are filled with mosquitoes. There has been no medication of these drains for a long time and the mosquitoes are increasing day by day.
For the past 1 week we have witnessed 4 cases of high fever and two confirm cases of dengue.
We have been constantly trying to contact the concerned person of the MCD but in vain. Everytime we contact a person he forwards us to another number. We have been fed with the MCD service.
Knidly consider this matter to utmost urgent and take appropriate steps as soon as possible

Delay of more than 5 days in delivering Courier in Mumbai city
I had couriered a packet through Bom-Ind Courier Pvt Ltd from RIL's office at Nariman Point for Borivali vide receipt no 12258699 on Thursday i.e 18/09/2008.

On Monday 22/09/08, I received a call from my party that he has not received the courier sent by me. On verifying the same next day ie Tuesday with the courier company, I was told by one Ms Anita that the parcel would be delivered today i.e Tuesday 23/09/2008 AFTER 3 DAYS for a courier in MUMBAI ONLY!!!. IT'S SHOCKING. I wonder when they would be delivering outstation parcels/ couriers.

I also spoke to their Managing Director Mr Raj Goel who said that such things happen on account of wrong address etc. I informed him that in such case your representative could have at least called me as my cell number was written on the envelop.
