UNDER CREDITING OF TALK TIME ON PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE VIDE INTERNET BANKING-AIRTEL

I have paid a sum of Rs 250/- vide transaction number 078552835 dtd 18/10/08 for PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE OF my AIRTEL,DELHI CIRCLE
connection number 9958513766, through ICICI Bank.
However I have received a talk time credit of Rs 50/- only on 18/10/08
and the company is not refunding back Rs 200/ to my account amounting to an unfair trade practice .
I request you to please look in to the complaint and arrange the necessary redressal and refund at the earliest.

regarding airtel network complain

i m using airtel since 3 year and i got an award from the company this year , harising me from january 2008 regarding network and call drop problem, i call customer care more then 100 times only getting one answer forward ur complain to technical depatment , and from their i got only satisfaction that ur complain is under process it will solve soon , they have not even borther to call me when i have complained more then 100 times now they use to say my person will visit u in this date this time from 2 or 3 months , usally no one comes to see the problem , i have contacted airtel relationship manager koyal das about the whole matter she told me to wait for some time i will solve ur problem but she fails to that they dont have any cordination between them , now when i stop my payment for the month of august and septeber they start calling me continously to pay the bill , why i will pay the bill?

Airtel ECS Service Sucks

I had requested Airtel to Deactivate ECS from my Airtel number in July 08. Even then , ECS was not deactivated and Airtel credited from my account in September due to which my pending Cheque got bounced and i had to bear the penalty of cheque bounce.
Do not ACTIVATE ECS service of Airtel .IT Sucks bigtime

Vodafone - Happy to irritate (not help)

I have been a customer with Vodafone (Punjab) for the past 4 years and have many family connections of Vodafone.
However, a recent experience I had with Vodafone has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. On 01/01/2008 went to Vodafone store for change of ownership of my mobile phone, which is earlier used by me but stand in the name of my cousin brother. I have submitted all the relevant documents with Vodafone store and deposit their charges. But after 22 days (on 23/08/08) I check with customer care about the status of change of ownership of my mobile phone, but I was informed that they don’t received any documents with regard to change of ownership and ask me to visit the Vodafone store again.

VODAFONE - VERY POOR SERVICE (NO CUSTOMER FOCUS)

I had purchased a one year packaged deal from Reliance communication - Vashi Webworld about a year back but could not use it for more than last 6 months due to persistent problems.The entire amount was paid in advance and it was effectively a "Zero" monthly rental for one year which lapsed last month.

After expiry of the package. Reliance communications has unilaterally renewed the membership without my consent or knowledge.

I had made a complaint to Reliance customer care on August 28, 2008 immediately on receipt of their bill and asked them to disconnect services immediately. However, I have received a response today asking me to pay-up Rs.399.59 to effect the disconnection.

BSNL EXCEL Recharge Voucher not working... Vaxed with Customer Care advices

I am Using BSNL EXCEL Prepaid Mobile(9490519219).

i bought a new recharge voucher of Rs.225 TopUp at a retailer in Narayanaguda,Hyderabad on 20-08-2008 at 11:30 AM

when i teried to recharge that card erroring as "RECHARGE NOT POSSIBLE"

i made a call to Customer Care, they said that it has been recharged but the balance will be added after 2 hours due to some recahrge is in pending issue and forwarded a complaint to officials with complaint id : H2000044.
i waited for 3 hors ..balance is not added i called again to Customer Care again they said the same thing it was continued like taht for 30 Hours in this gap i have called BSNL Customer Care 10 times every time same advice and even some times they don`t know what is my complaint also. and now when i called them they are saying the same story,

simply the customer care represents trying to escape from the call and wasting my valueble time and testing my patience. i just lost my patience

How can i get resolved this ???

i am experiancieng VERY BAD SERVICE from BSNL i am continueing on the queue for two days even to recharge my mobile

please help me.
