Mobile store's exchange policy

Hi,
Last week, 23rd of June,2010, I have purchased two micromax mobile handsets Q3 and Q5fb from mobile store CMH road , Indira Nagar (Bangalore). On usage I found that I am not able to hear anything on the Q3 handset when am in traffic or other crowded places.The sound is ok when I am in a silent place . Hence I was not able to find any problem when I tested it the store during purchase .

I have paid bill through BSNL site, through ICICI bank account on 16/05/2010 Bill date was 08/04/2010. I have got receipt

generated by inter net. Its last date was 20/05/2010. on 21/05/2010 BSNL site added fine, my bill was Rs. 1056 which was paid

on 16/05/2010. now it is showing Rs 1056+40(fine)=1096. It means my bill was not deposited.Please look into the mater.

against SPAM Sms from AIRTEL, VODAFONE,RELIANCE

These companies are not reliable these days. security is not important for them. They are selling their data base just to frustrate their customers. I have one airtel number on which i am getting SPAM sms's continuosely. its been a headache to purchase a number.

Calling their customer care is big big trouble for us. No appropriate answers from them. NO NO NO you cannot get any solutions from them.

All users should raise their voice to stop these kind of SPAM SMS.

please do it today if not done yet..................................................

Plz sort out this matter a complain agaist hello tune

I am Neeraj Goel customer of Aircel Company 8802119784(Prepaid). I put complain as soon as i aware of hello tune. My first complent on 03-may-10 the day when hello tune activated, as I didn't know how hellotune activated on my mobile I got message that u hav been charged Rs.30 for caller tune & hadn't press any no. to select the song. I call to customer care & told them about this problem, they give me answer that it has been done by me its not there fault. plz look in this matter because i m not the one facing the same problem.plz for this thing i had paid a lot which cannot be tell here. do something its a request

Irregularity in charges for services

On 22nd April 2010 afternoon I had enquired about the recharge options of Reliance GSM from my phone on the toll free number 555. I chose to activate the scheme worth Rs. 11 which stated that henceforth all local sms will be charged at 1ps. per sms. After few hours when there was no response, I called up customer care and they informed me that my request is registered and the service will be activated within 24 hours. On 24th April 2010 night I got an sms stating the sms pack has been installed. On enquiry from Customer Care I was told that another pack worth Rs. 39 has been installed and now they cannot do anything about this. They are not even ready to take my complaint. On 22nd April the scheme which I tried activating was costing Rs. 11 then on 24th April its price went upto Rs. 19. But the worst part is they gave me their most expensive scheme and now are not ready to even apologize forget about paying me back.

mispresentation of new plan bpl customer care excutive

on 17/2/2010, with my friend we had call bpl customer care regarding new plan introduced i.e 1paise plan in 10 ka gang and customer care executive misspresent us that this plan has no daily rental. base this discpription we all had switch on to this plan after ward under this plan it has been started deducting daily rental of Rs.1
i request many time and
on 17/4/2010...i talk with bpl senior authority amit master (detail of conversation docate no.doc sr 170488098 ).as he being a senior exicutive neither taking my complait nor giving me procedure regarding my issue...

with me 3 my friend also suffer...and of our friend who also trap in this at that time and got old plan back(gopal ashar 9773164760)..company should also compenset us ..

Nice treatment meted out by reliance communications

In the month of february 2010 i had applied for a reliance fixed wireless phone. I even happened to receive the phone hassles free after providing them with a hell lot of documentation which i didn't mind as these are the rules set by the regulatory authorities. As it was a postpaid connecttion i didn't have to worry about the talktime recharge at all as every month i was bound to pay the bill for the usage which i would incurr.
Last month i happen to go out of the country for some work for around 20 days. NOw when i return back i find that my phone has stopped making calls and receiving them too. Repeated visits to the store and around a thousand calls to the customer care yielded just one result and that too a stupid reason for the disconnection that my data has not been entered into their system. Whereas the monthly bills are being sent at the right time and with the right data.
It seems that reliance communication is interested in keeping their customers data only with the accounts sections and with no other sections of their company.

hey i m getting some bull shit msgs from airtel......the no is 5432162245857....this is the cheapest way to promote ur service.........i need to knw dis number's detail and if i wont get it within 3 days.........i will SUE u guys..........this is enough..........u cant torcher mentally ur customers.......this is the worst......

illegal deduction from prepaid by Aircel

I recently bought prepaid connect simcard of Aircel (mobile No.8802862377) and recharged Rs.20 (first time) and Rs.125 (second time). the problem started by their unprecedented deduction of Rs.10 from the first recharge. customer care replied for this deduction that I have requested for a service for chat (make friends). there was no any sent message or any call like such in my phone's memory. i said them to deactivate this.

when i recharged for Rs.125 next time, they again deducted Rs.30. after enquiry customer care once again said the same active service for chat. i requested the customer care to lodge complaint. but there is no response for one month. I E-mailed a complaint. but there is no response.

once again i called customer care to solve my problem and they suggested to call 570001 and follow the instructions. there a computerised service i met and pressed the suggested number to deactivate the service of chat. they thanked me and said 'your service has been now deactivated'.

the next day they again deducted my Rs.30. after enquiry, once again customer care said that i have sent a request for service of chat.

Mental harashment by Relience Communication

I am a postpaid user of Relience mobile. i have a postpaid mobile connection 9310308900 with the name of sandeep kumar trivedi.I submitted all of my previous bills on time, submitted all the documents to the relience infocom office. But without any prior intemation relience barred incoming and out going call facility of my connection on 14 Jan 2010 midnight. I tried to take information from relience customer care on 15 jan 2010 but they simply said this is fault of relience infocom otherwise your all details are 'okay'. I visited to Relience Infocom office in Noida(U.P.) , sector-18 on 15th . They check my status and told me that your all documents are dispatched on 29th december 2009 and from their side every thing is okay. They send some mail to some authority and give me the assurance that my phone will starts working within 1 hours. But its not done. I visited to relience infocom office again on 16th january on afternoon and they assured me that my phone will starts working on evening. BUt still my phone didnt activated. So i move to Relience infocome again and this time they told me that their backend process is not working on Saturday and sunday.

Poor Services of Sony Ericsson

I have a bad experience from sony ericsson.

i purchase one C902 for some 15000/- rupees

i am not rich to throw 15000/- rupees in gutter

my phone not getting on so i deposit it in service center
my job no is SE309RDK11186
date is 8-12-2009

after 1 month still they say my phone not ready.

i am a poor man and my 15000 rupees wasted.

i dont want a phone which is not parts available in service center.

please help me.

no one here is ready to help.

i called complaint number and they said me to shut up or they will not gibe my phone.

they also say complain whereever....no one can say us anything.

please help me.

Airtel Balance deducted of rs.20 line dead for customer care from my no.

I have activated the nop service on my airtel no. 9876588766 and i got charged 20 rs. For games club(airtel live) and when i tried to call customer care from my no the computer says to sms and they will send solution within 24 hours.
When i called from another no first representative told me that the scheme activated through airtel live hompage when i refused that i not opened airtel live she told me to transfer call and disconnected the call and no positive response by other executives and refused to return pls help me

Harassment by Vodafone

Vodafone bill collection employee with the numbers 09884796115 and 9884789472 are harassing me for an unpaid bill for the number 09176684039. This number does not belong to me. The owner of this number has given my number as the secondary number (which is not true). I have never verified my number as being a secondary number for 09176684039. Please help me against this harassment by Vodafone.

Cheated time and again by Airtel

I am extremely disappointed being cheated time and again by Airtel.

On 10/12/2009 morning I got a SMS stating "Thank you for subscribing the hello tunes. You

have been charged Rs. 30 for 30 days" Absurd isnt it? Because I never had sent any request to activate this subscription. Also I never took any call from Airtel.

Its not a surprise to me because it happened to me earlier as well and after attempting to

contact the customer service multiple times I just gave up. This time as well I tried

calling customer care couple of times but either it takes a really long time to connect to

any advisor and if you get connected the advisors just hung up on you.

You just cannot imagine my level of frustration. 30 rupees is not a big money but because of

those stupid deductions my balance went to negative and I had to face a lot of trouble as I

wasnt able to make calls.

I Also wrote a complaint to Airtel customer greviences on 10/12/2009, but they dont bother

to reply. Reference number of the complaint logged to Airetl is 1012200915503.
