sub: complaint against car stereo

i bought a car stereo from your company which is not working.
the date on which i gave the order is 26/10/09.the product code is RO 13077 and order code is #112001708.
the USB and SD card reader is not working at all.
kindly replace it as the product is in the warranty period.
