Spoiled dates with full of fruit warms and insects.

Hi,

This is Kiran from Bangalore; I am regular user of Lion dates past 1 year, last 2 weeks back I purchased 2 x 500 Gms packets at Big Bazaar, Koramangala, Bangalore, No one in my family has examined keenly the dates as we have a faith in your products. My sister's kids got hospitalized after eating the dates in the first packet,They got nervous and called me to hometown in andhra. I doubted the food quality and opened the second packet, I was shocked by watching at the dates, they were full of fruit warms and small insects inside it. I am very serious on this as the quality of the food you are supplying was harmful to the people and affected in losing my money as well as my family members health.
I have been calling to the toll free number you have provided on the wrapper, but no one is picking that. I tried calling both the corporate office and registered office numbers, no one has responded to my phone call. atlast today one of your representative has visited my office and examined your product with full of warms & insects. He had a discussion with your MD and informed that to forward the medical bill to the Chennai address. I am not going to forward bill to your mailing address as i am not satisfied with the response you have shown for a customer sufferings.
iam going to submit the medical bill and food sample to the food processing authorities for further action and file a damage suit against your company.
