Revert of false billing/outstanding and illeagal demand for payment
Respected Sir,
I have reminded so many times to relevant officers by phone and registered A/D letter but nothing has been done by bank against this complaint. Only assurance are receiving on phone and by letters. Every month they are increasing false outstanding by raising the bills and sending it's reminder for illeagal payment by SMS also.
Please lodge my complaints.

Dear Sir,
Sub: False billing & false charge under Credit card No.4476 9299 8229 4644.
Ref: Your letter No.CCNBO/BM/2909428787 dated 25.09.09 and CCNBO/BM/2909428787 dated 10.10.09
With reference to your letter regarding above mentioned subject matter, I am once again very much regret to inform you that I am continuous receiving you bills raising the amount as well as mobile SMS regarding increasing the amount of false outstanding and illegal demand of payment after your assurance to revert the money.
You have given me an assurance in writing to revert back the above false charges within fifteen days and further you require me for seven days from the date of your letter dated 10th October’ 2009 but till date there is no news about reverting the false outstanding and illegal demand by further billing and SMS.
I am also returning my card along with Aden cards in cut of pieces for cancellation. Further you have sent me renewed card by post without my consent, which I have returned back.
Hope you will take up the matter seriously to avoid litigation.
