Reliance NetConnect
I bought Reliance NetConnect since they were advertising about speed of 3.1mbps. Initially, the speed was good. However, from past one week it has deteriorated.
I've been calling the Customer Care number from 1 week and everytime, they tell me that my issue is escalated and somebody would revert however nobody bothers to call back.
Today, after being frustrated to the core, I stated that I need to cancel my services and also expect a refund of Rs3000, which I paid.
To my horror, the lady on the phone replied that this amount is non refundable. I asked if there was any document I signed where it was mentioned that this amount is non refundable and she said that there was no document as such.
I also complained that despite making advance payments, I never received a bill. The lady did not even acknowledge that point.
I am absolutely frustrated, angry and irritated and don't know what to do. Please assist me in this matter.
