Problems in the newly construction house.

I Mariam Khan owner of Flat no-4, Pride Platinum, Bhagyoday nagar, Kondhwa Khurd, Pune- 411048, want to bring to your notice about below mention problems which was discussed with you on 22nd Feb 2009, but since then no improvement or single work completed by you.

1) Leakage work at Kitchen & hall is still pending.
2) Rain Water for our flat is not properly done.
3) The Rain water of other flats above us are directly hitting our infrastructure, which has damaged our furniture.
4) We have paid society amount at the time of agreement but the same has not been formed.
5) Completion certificate has not been provided.
6) The Toilet room adjacent to our bedroom next to parking at backside has not been covered.
7) The flooring tiles was suppose to change by your worker which was kept in our house is still pending.
8) The place for security guard has not been provided in the premises.
9) The Name Board is not provided to the society; hence the important documents are not reaching to us in time.
10) The Drainage facility at parking is not fully covered.
11) Dissolution of Partnership copy is not been provided to either of member of Society.
12) The doors are not properly fit in the wall due to which insects are coming in the home, which can be harmfully for health.

Due to above all reasons we are facing lot of Health problem, which is causing nuisance to us. Their were theft act happen in the society various times due to non availability of Security.

Hence requesting you to please complete the pending work which is causing problem to our health directly & free us from these causes.
