over charging by retail vendor in chandigarh

IN SPITE OF SENDING REMAINDER'S THE COMPANY IS NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO REPLY TO THE MAILS SENT BY ME FOR EXCEPTING THE FACT THAT THE VENDOR HAS CHARGED HIGHER THEN THE MRP ON THE PACK.

VENDOR SAYS THE MRP IS RS.150/- INSTEAD OF RS.100/-, SECONDLY IF IT IS A PRINTING MISTAKE RAJDHANI GROUP SHOULD AT LEAST REPLY TO THE MAIL SENT & EXCEPT THE MISTAKE.

Please find attached the photos of your product "Rajdhani Atta" purchased from Chandigarh on 06 Aug,2009.

This is for your kind attention that the MRP on the 10kg pack is Rs. 100/- and shopkeeper has charged me Rs.150/- for the product mentioned above.

details of the product are clearly mentioned in the photos.

I would like your feedback on the same ASAP. Hence i will be forced to move to the consumer court with in a week's time.
