I'm a student in Inti University,Nilai,Negeri Sembilan,Malaysia.
I was in Nilai McDonald's and order as usual.A very friendly employee asked for my order and when I told her I want an oreo mudpie,she was shocked.She asked is it oreo mcflurry.Then it's my turn to shock.I've been McD's loyal customer and never met an employee that don't know about the food they're selling.I order for mudpie almost every time I passed by McD so her question shocked me.Then I tolerate to change my order to become oreo mcflurry since she can't understand what I meant. And there are customers queuing behind me while other employees are busy so I find no help.She handed me the mcflurry and it wasn't well-mixed.The ice-cream and the oreo are not mix together and tastes a bit weird to me since I'm into mudpie.Wondering why took o long to get an ice-cream,my boyfriend came to me and I explained the situation to him. So,he asked to add chocolate but the girl said she already key in the order and print the receipt so she can changed.Both of us stunned. At the end,I have to pay more for the chocolate.
It was such a ridiculous happening for me.McDonald's only have a certain options for ice-cream and they are not complicated names.For my next visit,I wouldn't want her to take my order again because she doesn't understand the menu which is such a joke for me and my friends.

I am resident of pocket f . In mayur vihar phase 2 pocket f illegal construction is doing in number of flats cotinuously . Some local dominating residents named uma naiyar balasubramam a professer are involved in this illegal task with mcd officails and sho pandav nagar Mr. R.K.Ojha , S.I. Sudhir Kumar , A.S.I. Chandra Prakash , beat constable Pramod Kumar and Sunil Kumar . I complained several times in mcd but till now there is no action atall .

It seems that MCD does not care about the residents of Vikas Puri. In Vikas Puri, next to P.M.'s Group Housing Society is a Buddhel Water Boosting Pump. Right in front of that pumping station is huge trash dump and no one is picking up the trash and it is stinking. It is the perfect breeding ground for mosquitoes and all sorts of dengue fevers and viruses. MCD website does not even have an online complaint cell. It does not seem like the representative from this area even cares.

My residence is in bajar lane ,behind jain mandir bhogal.We are very disturbed by a welding shop in our lane(residential area), our children can not do study in day time because of noise ,please help us to solve the problem.

its higly shocking few years back mcd officials demolished a house k-68 laxmi nagar delhi near state bank of india puplicly in front of many.over thousands wre present in power of police officials.at dat moment we had a hope of development,reason to stop all illegle activities happening in capital.anyhow if it was nt illegel then y being demolished by mcd.within few months it was reconstructed overnight.people saw labours working at nights.if being at all responsible for nation plz look into the matter.stop all these type of activities.and dnt promote the frawds of our nation or else at once it would be tough to differentiate good and frawds of are nation.just for the betterment.

Sir/ Madam,

I Kamaljit Singh resident of A-28 pocket-00,(mig) sector-2, Rohini, Delhi, want to submit my complaint regarding water logging in front of my house.
Water makes a lake or a fishing pond with lots of mosquitoes, insects and their families .
A few days back it was dug by mcd water jal board persons but not filled .
as by my previus complaints no person has taken action so far .
Last year it was nominally repaired but after rain.
so now the monsoon has come and in the morning at 8.55 am a mcd trolly no.DL 1L 1422 has been went inside the water logged area as I had taken photos for the same.
I knew that in the late night people with cars if roam around has also been fallen and by a huge difficulty they pull their cars or vehicles.

kindly tell me if somebody falls at night who will responsible

by how many days it will be filled and rammed properly so that no body may fall.

kindly know me that to whom this complaint is been gone so that we may also get in touch and get it repaired.

I am residing at 8496, Arya Nagar, Paharganj, New Delhi and i wish to inform you that a Guest House namely Mayur Assam Hotel situated at 49, RAM Nagar, Pahar Ganj, Arakarshan Rd, Delhi - 110055, New Delhi, is being running since a long time on a residential land. In this connection it is submitted that since a long time, the sewer line of the said hotel is broken and blocked from which polluted water is always boiling out which is overflowing the side drains being under construction for the purpose of laying out of electricity cables. The Sewer water is not only creating extreme bad odor but is quite dangerous for the residents of the locality. Also the sewer water is affecting our drinking water as the sewer line is broken just over our water connection.

Sir I have many times requested the Hotel Management to change the sewer line but always they are ignoring the matter, they say that the the broken sewer line does not belongs to them.

Therefore I most humbly and earnestly urge upon your kindself to kindly look into the matter and take the appropriate action upon the said hotel and do the needful for the change / removal of the sewer line so that the health of my family could be saved.

The sewer line in, C-65 Shiv Gali, Nanak chand basti, Kotla Mubarak Pur, New Delhi-110003, periodically you can see backflow of sewer in this narrow lane, leaving no option but to cross it while sinking your feet in it. Not surprising residents often complain of clogged drains and sewer backflow. But the authorities have not paid any heed to the new requirements of the street and to solve the problem permanently. As I’m writing this, we are facing this problem. Requesting the authorities to take appropriate measures to control it. Im Also complained it from last 15 days to till now. But we are not get positive responce from the authorities. Our H. No. is given blow:-

Respected MCD Seniors,

We are resident of Durga Vihar, a small colony in south delhi. Here mostly each one are well educated and believe in Delhi Goverments.

We the resident of Block B, Quarter Number 133 to 148 is suffering for an illegal encroachment in front of one house. Actually he was recently redesign his whole house around 200 feets area. Now he made one basement and above that two floor for rental purpose. while he was redesign his house whole line of our colony suffering but that is not much issue.

Now he made a very big pavement( For Bring All rented persons bring there vehicles above), which is takes very much lenght, width and height . It is cover half road of colony. Each and every one living in this line suffer from that. We also lodge complaint regarding that at nearest police station but no any action taken till date.

I requested to you kindly take this matter on urgent basis. We are in trouble for last 2 months.

Also request you let us know what next step we will take again this illegal encroachment. So that i will bring this matter in notice of RTI or PGC.

I am residing in DDA Flats Munirka at Ground floor it is a daily problem that the water water get logged near the flat by the A.C. used by the upper floor people be it first flor IInd floor or third floor and seepage has come in the wall now if we want to repair the wall we are not sure whether the people of upper floor will do something to stop the water dropping down at ground floor they should put a pipe so that it should come down in the area where generally cars are parked but not on our heads nor on the boudary wall of our flat. Seepage has come in the flat and we have to get the seepage removed by again plastering the wall which will be a costly affair and it has come only due to the negligence of top floor people they should bear the expenses why should we? For this you will have to visit the flat and see to it than only you can understand? Kindly instruct these people to stop all the nuisance. Make their own arrangement to put a pipe and not allow the water to get in others flats. Hope you will look into the matter.
