Major repair expenses required for every 13000 to 14000 km run of honda eterno scooter

I had purchased the enterno scooter on 10-7-06 fm vah automobile p .ltd at meerut u.p engine no.9123401, frame no. IF68065079 and kms run 27000, at 14000 kms piston, ring has been change by ganpati auto ggn since at around 5000 km i have done the service fr ganpati auto only now they said again you need to change ring,piston,cylinder. so i would request you kindly look in to matter and help me how is it possible we need to change major repair at 27000 km only.... totally surprised that if every 13000 to 14000 we need to major repair cost like this not worthwhile to buy this product.. my contact no is 9810231327
