Amount Paid but not yet received connection

This is shahina, working as a equity advisor, i wanted internet connection to my home, so i called to just dial, and then i got a call from this voice data connection, that executive took 1000 Rupees as a deposit and 100 for some service charges although i had all the documents, and he told i will get connection within 10 days, i paid on 23 of july today its 7 of August, still i didnt get any response from them, if i call to that manager he will take my mobile no and my e-mail id and he wil tel within 10 min he will send me some scan copy,like this only he told to 4 times, but i have not recei

This Complaint is long Overdue.Airtel is Worst in resolving complaints.

Every time i had to call Airtel's 121 to get any update. And the average time to get any response in 18min. Your Front team pretends to be transferring the call to Senior. The holding time here is 5 min.

I mean what are you doing. Dont expose so much of your mishandling of services.
And today again i called , waited for 20min for your Senior member to respond. But as usual the call was not answered inspite of holding it for 6min.

Bad Customer service by reliance broadband

I am receiving very bad service by reliance people. My internet is not working for 15 days and there is no initiative by reliance people to get the problem resolved. Never ever take a reliance broadboand connection. It has been 15 days and reliance people keep on telling me the same story "it would be done at the earliest", "under process". Earlier also they have said it would be done by 07/07/2010 and then 09/07/2010. and now they are saying it would be done at the earliest.

Dont take connection From Tikona in surat- they are frouds

Dear.. i take a connection from Tikona in surat and i take a plan for 2mbps on 22nd of june.. but till now i didnt get more then 50kbps speed... at installation time service engineer told me that the speed will be come in next 24 hours but till 48 hours i dont get a speed. i gave already 2 times complaits into tikona's call center..i also tried to call local service engineer. area sales manager, installation engineer but. nobody pickup my call. so, finally i decided to stop payment the cheque of deposite which is given to tikona.

Tata Indicom Wi-Max connection

I have opted for Infinity 384 Plan, they mentioned in their site that it is unlimited download. After using it for 1 month I was called and told that I can download only upto 70 GB. However, while taking the connection or applying form it was never mentioned. I request to not take Tata Indicom Connection as they cheat you one way or other.
Simillar thing happened to my friend, he took Tata Indicom Photon Plus and was told that it will have unlimited download. After 1 month he also got a call and was told that if he exceeds 5 GB Limit, he will be charged extra.

Reliance Broadband+ is worst in performing 3.1mbps,pls dont belive them and get cheated

I have purchased a RELIANCE Broadband+ internet. At the time of purchasing the speed as informed by the Reliance representatives was 3.1 MBPS, but it never went more than 100KBPS.I am requesting to look into the matter and suggest Reliance not to cheat Customers. Just by projecting on paper is not fair they should say what they do.

BSNL 3G internet services

I have purchased a 3G internet dongle. At the time of purchasing the speed as informed by the BSNL representatives was 3.1 MBPS, but it never went more than 48KBPS. The charges for using 3G services are almost 400% higher than the normal 2G services internet from BSNL. I am requesting to look into the matter and suggest BSNL not to cheat Customers. Just by projecting on paper is not fair but say what we do. By the way most of the citizens of india say that the abbrevation of BSNL is not Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited but Bhai Sahaab Nahi Lena.

My internet connection is not woking properly i have complained twice and nobody bothers to solve it from tata photon group.

I am Chinmay Patel, i have one TATA PHOTON WHIZ connection on my dad's name Rajendra Kumar Patel. and for past 15 days i am not able to use my internet from my TATA PHOTON WHIZ usb cdma1xdrive.......i am facing this problem after tata has reduced the rate of TATA PHOTON PLUS. and i have launched a two compalined to regards this. but nobody is bothers to solve my complain. so please do take some serious actions so nobody will suffer more in future for same problem. and i am mentioning my two complain number below with date and time.

Have paid Rs 801 for unlimited plan
which was due for recharge at 12
am on 27/04/2010. The main balance
on 27/04/2010 was Rs 226.57 at 12 am.
Have used internet from 12 am to 6.30
am for which amount should be deducted
from main balance is Rs 126 (Rs 18
per hour upto 6am and from 6am it is
Rs36 per hour) and so after deduction main balance should remain at Rs 100.57. But actual balance shown was
only Rs7 THAT IS LESS BALANCE SHOWN
TO THE EXTENT OF 93 WHICH IS REQUIRED TO BE CREDITED BACK TO MAIN BALANCE. Complaint was filed
with reliance communications BUT THEY HAVE NOT CREDITED THE AMOUNT.
YOUR INTERVENTION IN THE MATTER SOUGHT TO RESOLVE THIS AT THE EARLIEST.

Sub: Airtel’s Massive Fraud – Dumping Goods on Gullible Customers with out their consent

I have an Airtel Broadband connection 42668209. Was shocked to find (after 3 months) that they have charged for PC Secure(An useless n unknown Antivirus software) and Online Desktop storage without any written or verbal confirmation whatsoever from my end.

This is sheer GREED and they don't have a clue of what's happening as they have stripped themselves fully (Incl their vests n brief to their outsourcing operators!) Absolutely no coordination between them.

When contacted, after so many different versions from diff people, they have waived the charges. The key Qs to the TRAI, Govt and the general public are as follows:

1.TRAI clearly states that a written confirmation has to be obtained from the customer regarding change of plan and same to be communicated to the customer vide email/sms. Neither of them happened in my case. CLEARLY VIOLATION OF THE LAWS OF LAND! Look how they care for the law! They simply break it!

want to file a complaint against Mr Chetan Oza from Tirupati Telecommunication & Services (BSNL Broadband service provider)

On 2nd Feb 2010 I called up Mr Chetan for Broadband Service. He came to our place the same day and promised us to provide the service at the max in 15 days. The same day he took Rs 300 amount which is refundable (told by him )
After calling him regularly, he started giving excuses, and started avoiding us. Then we asked for the refund of Amt Rs. 300. But then he started not to receive our call.And now its 16th of March 2010 but still he has not return our money.
And in this perod I have gone through lot of emotional stress.

Please take this case into consideration, because it will result in wrong image of BSNL .
Help me to get back Rs 300 amount as soon as possible.

Reliance NetConnect

I bought Reliance NetConnect since they were advertising about speed of 3.1mbps. Initially, the speed was good. However, from past one week it has deteriorated.

I've been calling the Customer Care number from 1 week and everytime, they tell me that my issue is escalated and somebody would revert however nobody bothers to call back.

Today, after being frustrated to the core, I stated that I need to cancel my services and also expect a refund of Rs3000, which I paid.

To my horror, the lady on the phone replied that this amount is non refundable. I asked if there was any document I signed where it was mentioned that this amount is non refundable and she said that there was no document as such.

I also complained that despite making advance payments, I never received a bill. The lady did not even acknowledge that point.

I am absolutely frustrated, angry and irritated and don't know what to do. Please assist me in this matter.

Harrassment by Airtel executives

Airtel Broadband connection

I had called airtel broadband customer care and requested for a broadband

connection in the flat to which i am shifting in Bellandur - Req No. TBLR 0035236.
An executive called Shankar called me and informed me of the required docs. Right

from here our problems started with them. He said he would call me and come and

inspect the house and confirm if they can give connection and collect docs. But he

never would call. On repeated calling he inspected the house on 26th Sept and

confirmed that they can give connection. On 26th Sept he came and collected the

docs from me for the connection. I would call him everyday atleast 10 times for

update and he always would promise "It will be done today or tommorow i will call

back and inform" but no call from him. I escalated the matter to his boss Om

Karish, but even he turned out to be equally irresponsible and same thing repeats

promise callbacks but no calls and no connection.

On 3rd Oct I was pretty irated and when my husband called him he says they cant

give us a connection as the distribution point is overloaded. I asked him to

Hello Folks,

I just would like to bring to your kind notice,a bad experience that I faced when i decided to get an Airtel broadband Connection in Bangalore.

Guys, Its common that we respond to hoardings,bills,advertisements that we get to see on our compound walls, mobiles etc.

I also happen to respond to one such advertisement, The Sales personnel was a representative of SHILPA TELECOM BANGALORE to which Airtel had outsourced the marketing activities. The rep said everything is alright and asked me to submit all the relevant documents along with a 3 month advance rent. He promised me that the connection will be through the very next day by 11AM.

To my surprise, I have still not got the connection, and the personnel with whom I spoke to were not responding either by not attending calls; or they will say some or the other issue.

I would request all my friends and other consumers to beware of such enterprises ( like the one mentioned above) who promises the sky and not deliver.

Reliance poor customer-services

i have a relaince data card. no is 9319844047, iam facing issues with this data card, i have been getting bills from reliance continously for this number, this number was not in use from last 2 months and i have log the compaint in reliance in this reagrd, complaint no is-105861565, it was loged on 2nd august,i am the one who is calling them contiously but no body of them reply, even they told me i will get update in next 48 hours, but from 2nd august 48 hours dosn't come, it is already 18 sepetember, even relaince Nodal officer are two step infront, they said we will reach you shortly if we talk to them but they never try to reach the customer.
