Reliance NetConnect

I bought Reliance NetConnect since they were advertising about speed of 3.1mbps. Initially, the speed was good. However, from past one week it has deteriorated.

I've been calling the Customer Care number from 1 week and everytime, they tell me that my issue is escalated and somebody would revert however nobody bothers to call back.

Today, after being frustrated to the core, I stated that I need to cancel my services and also expect a refund of Rs3000, which I paid.

To my horror, the lady on the phone replied that this amount is non refundable. I asked if there was any document I signed where it was mentioned that this amount is non refundable and she said that there was no document as such.

I also complained that despite making advance payments, I never received a bill. The lady did not even acknowledge that point.

I am absolutely frustrated, angry and irritated and don't know what to do. Please assist me in this matter.

Airtel Broadband connection

I had called airtel broadband customer care and requested for a broadband

connection in the flat to which i am shifting in Bellandur - Req No. TBLR 0035236.
An executive called Shankar called me and informed me of the required docs. Right

from here our problems started with them. He said he would call me and come and

inspect the house and confirm if they can give connection and collect docs. But he

never would call. On repeated calling he inspected the house on 26th Sept and

confirmed that they can give connection. On 26th Sept he came and collected the

docs from me for the connection. I would call him everyday atleast 10 times for

update and he always would promise "It will be done today or tommorow i will call

back and inform" but no call from him. I escalated the matter to his boss Om

Karish, but even he turned out to be equally irresponsible and same thing repeats

promise callbacks but no calls and no connection.

On 3rd Oct I was pretty irated and when my husband called him he says they cant

give us a connection as the distribution point is overloaded. I asked him to

Hello Folks,

I just would like to bring to your kind notice,a bad experience that I faced when i decided to get an Airtel broadband Connection in Bangalore.

Guys, Its common that we respond to hoardings,bills,advertisements that we get to see on our compound walls, mobiles etc.

I also happen to respond to one such advertisement, The Sales personnel was a representative of SHILPA TELECOM BANGALORE to which Airtel had outsourced the marketing activities. The rep said everything is alright and asked me to submit all the relevant documents along with a 3 month advance rent. He promised me that the connection will be through the very next day by 11AM.

To my surprise, I have still not got the connection, and the personnel with whom I spoke to were not responding either by not attending calls; or they will say some or the other issue.

I would request all my friends and other consumers to beware of such enterprises ( like the one mentioned above) who promises the sky and not deliver.

Reliance poor customer-services

HI,

i have a relaince data card. no is 9319844047, iam facing issues with this data card, i have been getting bills from reliance continously for this number, this number was not in use from last 2 months and i have log the compaint in reliance in this reagrd, complaint no is-105861565, it was loged on 2nd august,i am the one who is calling them contiously but no body of them reply, even they told me i will get update in next 48 hours, but from 2nd august 48 hours dosn't come, it is already 18 sepetember, even relaince Nodal officer are two step infront, they said we will reach you shortly if we talk to them but they never try to reach the customer.

Internet Disconnection

We have paid our Internet bill amounting of Rs.887/- to Mr.Sudhakar thr.Crdit Card ( who has come and collected at our doorstep ) for the month of July,09 on 17th.August,2009 against receipt no.AP CRP 4080669.

Surprisingly our Net phone got disconnected on 28th.Aug.09. After contacting your telecolour / service personal for about 5 to 6 times on 28th.Morning the connection got restored.

Today morning when open a message appeared on the screen stating that
"your internet got disconnected due to non payment of bill "

When we called the help line and complained he says " I am sorry sir, I will find out "

IS THIS THE WAY YOU TROUBLE THE CUSTOMERS? THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED.
IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED TO CONTINUE THE SERVICES PL. LET US KNOW SO THAT WE
SHIFT TO SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH ME PL. INFORM SO THAT WE CORRECT AT OUR END

Internet connection

Hi,

I have been trying have the internet installed in my house (airtel). The sales guy told me that he would install it in a day again he asked me to wait till 3 days i waited for the whole day but no body turned up. When i tried calling the customer care number at first they didnt even provide me the toll free number and i didnt even know if i had given the money to the right people. Now when i asked for refund they said it will take 48 hours time and again when i called up they mentioned it would take 15 days time for the refund. Now they have not provided me any instruments or connection but they say it would take 15 days time.Please help

I am Habibulla Mondal an existing customer of TATA wirless broadband service PHOTON+.I USE THE HUWAI DEVICE WHOSE ESN NO IS-80497F5A....THE MEID IS A000013DA3C04 AND THE SIN NO IS-Z47NAB1940401490 AND THEY GIVE ME ONE YEAR OF TOTAL MANUFACTURING WARRANTY.

MY PURCHASE DATE OF THIS DEVICE WAS 04/07/09 AND THE PHOTON DEVICE WAS ACTIVATED WITH A/C NO--933972197....ON 07/08/2009 BUT DURING ONE MONTH THE SERVICE OF THE SO CALLED BROAD-BAND BAND BECOME THIN-BAND(THIS IS RIDICULES)
ON 09/08/2009 THE DEVICE BECOME UN USABLE..AND GOT TOTALLY DAMAGED..MEAN WHILE THEY FURNISHED ME WITH THE BILL AMOUNT OF RS-774 .I PAID THE AMOUNT TOTALLY...THEN I COMPLAIN THE PROBLEM ON 11/08/2009..AND THEY GIVE ME THE DOCKET NO-184631897 AND TOLD ME THAT THE

on 5 august2009 Mr.Ashish called me for AIRTEL Broadband connection from Lucknow.He sent Mr Naveen to my residence same day i was giving cheque amount of 750.He told me your connection is installed within three day.On 9th augustI Called mr.Ashish and he told me your conection can't be install due to some technical reason then i told him no problem kindly return my cheque but I'm sorry to say that i'm not receiving the cheque still today.Mr.Ashish not recieved my phone from tht day.I'm suffering from mental Hrashment.yesterday(19th august) he recieved my phone and told me kind stop your payment.i'cant give your cheque.In future I can't deal with Airtel fo any sevices and I hope I will not advise any one.so kindly try to solve my problem.Details are as follows:

Subject: Harassment through Hathway Internet because of daily connection fail problem. No reply from Vadodara office after complains once and while.

Respected Sir,

I have your hathway connection since from last 6 months. I am suffering from daily connection fail problem. My connection not working from 5 days. I complained 5 times to your call center as well as I personally came to your Baroda office 2 times within 2 days. Every time they just tells lie that I am sending engineer and it will be ok today but nobody even come to see what is the problem after giving complain.

fake telephone bill

I have the internet connection of AIRTEL broadband in the name of my brother( Mr. Prabhas Kumar, Ph. No.0120 - 4203818), now he left the city in MARCH. so we made an request to AIRTEL customer care regarding Disconnection of the broadband in March, they replied that it will be disconnected within 7 days, it had been disconnected but still they send the bill, when I called them regarding the improper bill & they said I had to pay the bill.

Kindly take the necessary action as per required.

Airtel broadband connection

I have requested for the new airtel braodband connection 2 weeks ago and the executive name Chiti Babu (Sr.Officer - Sales)Phone No 9866011107 - Hyderanad. He has told me that i will be getting in 2 days.
He has taken the documents and Rs 500 for installation.
After that day he never picks the call nor i have got the connection.
It looks that this executive has cheated me.
I am really diappointed with the Airtel. I suggest to everybody that pls dont take the call from this person

wrong reliance netconnect bill

I m using reliance netconnect usb modem, number-9313164907.Sir, i am using freedom@night plan-@rs.400 but i got rs. 1512 bill for the month of march, 09.with 32 hours day usage.I never ever got bill more than 500.My service was disconnected as it crossed the 1200 usage limit.I talked to their customer care representatives repeatedly but nothing fall on their deaf ears and they just totally disagreed that it hasn't been used at day time.
They were not able to provide me details, that on which date and at which time, the modem was used during day but now on their website i got the details of the data usage,according to it i used my usb modem extra on-
8-03-09 at 5:51 am for 4:52 hrs
9-03-09 at 7:44 am for 5:16 hrs
10-03-09 at 7:44 am for 3:23 hrs
11-03-09 at 6:32 am for 4:30 hrs
12-03-09 at 5:17 am for 6:13 hrs
13-03-09 at 5:44 am for 6:08 hrs
19-3-09 extra usage -2 hrs
sir i agree i used it on 19th march for 2 extra hrs bt rest all the details are fake...
my problems are-
1.If they had the details then why they didn't provided me the details,when i was ready to pay even any extra cost for that.

DISCONNECTIVITY PROBLEM REGULARLY, NO SERVICES FROM AIRTEL

Worst network connectivity, worst download speed, High pricing, Very less value for money...these are all facts.
the executives of AIRTEL BROADBAND are not providing good services to consumers. They just aim at making money nothing else...I have a small suggestion to improve all these thing. A amendment in law can really make a turning point..If the service provider is not giving the service as they promised, service provider should be held responsible and may be fined by the court of law without any consideration.
They are solving the problem but not permanently. they always believe in "AAJ TO HO GAYA HAI KAL KI KAL SOCHENGE".
