Internet Disconnection

We have paid our Internet bill amounting of Rs.887/- to Mr.Sudhakar thr.Crdit Card ( who has come and collected at our doorstep ) for the month of July,09 on 17th.August,2009 against receipt no.AP CRP 4080669.
Surprisingly our Net phone got disconnected on 28th.Aug.09. After contacting your telecolour / service personal for about 5 to 6 times on 28th.Morning the connection got restored.
Today morning when open a message appeared on the screen stating that
"your internet got disconnected due to non payment of bill "
When we called the help line and complained he says " I am sorry sir, I will find out "
IS THIS THE WAY YOU TROUBLE THE CUSTOMERS? THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED.
IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED TO CONTINUE THE SERVICES PL. LET US KNOW SO THAT WE
SHIFT TO SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH ME PL. INFORM SO THAT WE CORRECT AT OUR END

COMPLAINT AGAINST IRESPONSIBLE BHEHAVIOUR OF RELIANCE
This is regarding my netconnect modem activation . it is almost 25 days that my connectivity is not been started i have talked thousand times with executive but all was in vain
i registered a complained also and its number is 108275349. it is very disgusting that in such an era where activation is done in 4 hours ,they people are not able to activate in 25 days .more over pune office executive don't even pick the call . that is a limit of frustration .i am doing more calls to reliance than to my girl friend , my contact list has 7-8 reliance number like i am working in reliance . more over they people say that its unlimited download ..that also a lie which i came to know after purchasing the modem .if this is the service than this says customer satisfraction is ZERO and also they people are CHEAT. now i have again talked to executive and they are again telling that they will activate the service tomorrow . i dont know are they telling truth this time or not . what can be done in this matter? please suggest
