fake telephone bill

I have the internet connection of AIRTEL broadband in the name of my brother( Mr. Prabhas Kumar, Ph. No.0120 - 4203818), now he left the city in MARCH. so we made an request to AIRTEL customer care regarding Disconnection of the broadband in March, they replied that it will be disconnected within 7 days, it had been disconnected but still they send the bill, when I called them regarding the improper bill & they said I had to pay the bill.

Kindly take the necessary action as per required.
