Complaint for PF Status

Hi
I had worked with a company " Lancesoft India pvt Ltd" for the duration of 1 year (March 2008-April2009)
i have not receive my PF Money still and when i spoke with them they said it is already process and will get next month but it didn't happen . they also told me that the PF office internet site is not working that might be the result for delay but when i check it is working and the status show as "claim not received from this office".
Please help me

Lancesoft India Private Ltd has not been paying employees PF
Hi, I worked with a company called Lancesoft india Pvt Ltd , an off shore division of Lancesoft Inc from April 2008 to October 2008.
At the time of leaving the company I was given the option of filing for a PF withdrawal which was supported by a duly filled PF form. It will be 2 years in 3 months since I left and I have still not received the amount from the company.
Please find below the series of events:
•Oct 08 – Feb 09 : First PF form filled and was told to wait for 3 months by which time the cheque would be posted to me. (PS: I was given the option of A/C transfer or cheque)
•Feb 09- May 09: I was told that PF does not necessarily take 3 months but can take 6 months, therefore I waited.
•June 09 – Sep 09 : I was told that the PF office/agent office has relocated and in the process “lost” my form. During this time I reapplied with a fresh form.
•Sep 09-Nov 09 : still did not receive the PF and by this time the company authorities were already behaving elusive.
(After calling from different numbers and getting through to officials, I was told that there had been an error in my form and that I needed to resubmit.)
•Nov 09 – Feb 2010: Form resubmission and waiting
•Feb 10 - May 10: After much waiting and frustration, and tackling elusive staff in Lancesoft, I went to the office for the third time and was assured that all forms have reached the officials and pointed to an internet site for tracking PF status. There again, I could not track mine and was informed that since there was a problem with the site itself, that could be a reason for delay. Nevertheless, tried again, to which the status against my PF No said "claim not received from this office".
It is a pity that an employee right is manipulated and misused like this.
I am glad that I was referred to this site and it is with much hope that I resort to this with an expectation that a complaint posted here will receive the necessary action.
PS : I know other people from Lancesoft India Pvt Ltd who have been put through the same ordeal

PF money not received

this is rajasekar i had worked for a company name called careersindia pvt ltd,till (31/03/2009) and i applied for my PF money.till now i have not recevied. so kindly help me to know the status
