SKYPAK People Thefting Cheques

This is S.Srinivas. I stay at S.B.H Colony,Saidabad Colony,Hyderabad. Here I want to you to say you that dont drop your cheques in the SKYPAK Drop Boxes where my cheques were thefted by the DropBox people it self.. and when asked they were irresponsible for doing the investigation and hiding the culprit till now.
I have droped my credit card cheques of..dated 21/10/2009 in the favor or ICICI Credit Card for amount Rs.3000/- cheque no-167489 and one more in favor of HSBC Credit Card of amount Rs.2000/- cheque no-167488.
I have droped these cheques on 21/10/2009 at 9:30 AM (while leaving to office) at MORE SUPERMARKET AT SAIDABAD COLONY,Hyderabad which comes under the Saidabad Police Station Limits...
After 4 days,When i get a Phone call from my ICICi Credit Card and HSBC regarding the NON -Recivement of the Cheques then i came to know that my cheques have been thefted...

with regards it is to in form you that State Bank India Mumbai,is making nuisance calls on my number as I am not holding any of the S.B.I credit card then also they are calling on my residence no&mobile no.Generally I am getting calls from these numbers.(1)02265263908(2)02265149566 as they use highly foul.abusive&obnoxious language.As I never happened to be an S.B.I customer then why they are calling on my no?they are threatening me every time!as I am very scare to mentioned my home telephone no on this site.I humbly request you to look in to this matter&do needful so I can live my life peacefully with my family.I will be highly obliged.
we feel very much uncomfortable at home as females of the house are scared to pickup the phone as they are quite arrogant&abusive.they don't allow us to speak.they are always asking for third person who doesn't live in our house.they are threatening to send the goons.

my name is naveen.I have getting regular threatning calls from hdfc banks collection agents using abusive words.& dhamki's of kidnapping from them that you have to pay unless we will do this or that.yet i have already paid lakhs of ruppes towards the a/c of using 75000 rupees only.
Now i can't pay any more.What i have to do now to get rid of that.Please help me if anyone can.

I am jayabal.R which one of the customer houlding credit card for the last 1.5years the credit card number is 4346772007887525 last week itself i am getting call from 044-23748610 regards payment , i spoke miss Divya come and collect by 23/10/2009, on the same day itself i lost my mobile and the number on the next day morning she called up to my house number that time i again i spoke to her, by evening send your people to my office and collect , before that she called my house number and spoke to my mother shouted like bullshit this is not fair, ( last three month some of the family problem i can't able to pay by correct date including Personnal loan also) its my duty to pay and this is not nice way to claim

NUISANCE CALLS FROM HDFC COLLECTION AGENCY

As I am not holding any credit cards of HDFC Bank,but HDFC Bank Collections department people are calling on my phone number&asking for some unknown person Mr.Suhas Joshi,who is their Credit Card customer&they are inquiring about that person whom I don't know at all.HDFC Collection Agency person who gave me a call on 11/09/2009,at 5pm,I got a call from this number 02267709232,the lady who spoke with me was quite arrogant&rude.I have a question for HDFC Bank,when they issued the card to Mr.Joshi&as per the collection agency people that my number was given to them,I want to ask one question to Bank people&higher authority,that did they ever confirm on my number that said Mr.Suhas Joshi is the owner of this number?they never confirm that& now they are making nuisance call on my number.Let me clear here that I don't know Mr.Suhas Joshi&I don't have any concern with him.I never met such person ever before.so henceforth if I will get any calls from HDFC Bank Collection Department then I will sue the HDFC Bank.I will file a defamation case in Consumer Redressal Forum.

Mental Harrasment of recovery & bank People
Submitted by advt.ali@rediff... on Sat, 07/25/2009 - 12:59.I have used some of mony via credit card of HDFC bank. Due to job los i was unable to pay 2 installments, for that period.
The collection aganet has reached our home & abused my mother & wife for the same. Due to which my mother got hart attack & she feldown from the Bus, due to which shw eas hospitalized & the expeces has happen for 60k. & still counting.
Then I visited to bank person and met Mr manoj, but these people has asked me that you are begger & abused me their, moreover i went to settle the dues.
Then i went to police station to lodge complaint but police person has told you & your religion is the same. Hence they did not allow us to lodge complaint.
These bank & recovery people are calling any time & abusing family members.
I had infomred them as I do not have any earning sorce & the company also shut down. I require time but they are insulting us & telling that they are greater than LAW of india, & they will use their own powers.
Kindly suggest the way forward.

Airtel Collection Agency Fraud

We called up Airtel to collect the payment and Airtel executive came to collect it. My wife was there at home. Collection agent sprayed some liquid and then asked my wife to sign the chaque. She signed the chaque in unconcious state and after that collection agent fled away with the chaque and withdrawn Rs 10000/- from her account.
Now we contacted Airtel regional office in Noida and got a response from management that they are not able to trace the collection agency.
For us, that collection agent was the Airtel executive and ultimately Airtel is responsible for all this.
Can anyone suggest how can I get my money back.

Harrasement by Easy Bill Ltd.
Submitted by arun tiwari on Sun, 06/07/2009 - 05:00.I had deposited my Electricity Bill (Amount 1879/-) of month July- Sep. /2008 through Easy Bill Ltd on 30/10/2008 by their Authorized Agent (Frontier Book Depot, Agent code SA0000004296). But the same amount reflected again in next Bill (as previous due amount). Then I contacted to Agent (Frontier Book Depot) about this matter, he showed helplessness & suggested to make contact to Easy Bill Customer Care. I have called customer care many times but they did not tell me about the status of my billed amount 1879/-. I have also checked my account ledger in Electricity Deptt. But no amount deposited in. I am continuously being harassed by Easy Bill Ltd as well as Agent.

Would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been getting calls from 66956141 / 66956115 (Names used by the caller Girish / Raju ) I have taken the responsibility for my sisters credit card settlement from the time I came to know (i.e since 25th Feb, 2009) I have asked the concern person to give me couple of days time to get a reasonable settlement amount. Mean while on the 26th Feb, 2009 morning I get calls from these numbers and these people just started to threaten and abuse my sister and me. I don’t understand how the system functions in HDFC Credit Card Collections. They just go on calling and threaten and abuse.
When the costumer has taken the interest to do the settlement, I guess the concern collection department should extend the basis courtesy to the consumer and make a provision for the smooth transaction. Instead they just threaten and abuse on the phone.
Given the current conditions where it’s really difficult to manage once basis needs without a job and sad financial conditions at home. I request concern Govt Departments has to intervene in such matters help people who are victim of such collection agents.
