AT THE TIME OF BOOKING I HAD BEEN SAID THAT THE WAITING TIME PERIOD IS 60 DAYS.
ACCORDINGLY I HAD PLANNED FOR THE SAME. BUT AFTER CONTINUOUS FOLLOW UPS I WAS NOT GETTING THE PROPER RESPONSE AS TO WHEN I WILL GET THE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE.

I purchased 3 cars from Maruti and Vipul, Faridabad and on February 20, 2009, I purchased 4th car i.e. SX4 ZXi from Maruti and Vipul again in the name of M/s Oswal Pumps Agency.
From first day I observed that the steering wheel was very very hard making the drive extremely uncomfortable and painful.
I kept on visiting Vipul Motors numerous times and they just kept on making fool of me saying that its the way it is. Almost 6 months passed in this and finally, I then contacted Maruti Udyog Ltd by lots of emails and then after so much of troubles, Vipul people agreed that some module is faulty and I got that replaced.
Within 30 days, there developed some other problem: the horn stopped working, the steering mounted controls stopped working and the air bag sign kept on for the whole drive. For this, I got to know that the last replacement of the module was not done correctly and due to that some other module has got damaged.
Now, its been more than a month since I have been running around Vipul people and writing tons of mails to Maruti for some help and they both are making fool of me saying that the module is not ready.

the USB and SD card reader is not working at all.

I purchased a Hyundai Verna ABS on 28/03/2007 and got the registered number"KL01 AQ 3222" for the car from the kerala state.The description of the motor car is as follows

I got the delivery of the vehicle from Hilton Hyundai,Hilton Motors,P.T.P Nagar,Thiruvananthapuram- 695038,Kerala,India.I bought this car because I saw in ads(ads showed a mileage of 32km/litre) and also the dealer promised me a mileage of minimum 22km/litre. All services are done in the above service centre at P.T.P Nagar.The following problems are noted for the vehicle
1) The vehicle is not giving proper mileage.The maximum mileage we get is 10 Kms/litre in city.
2) The vehicle is emitting smoke during starting time and at running time.The smoke is coming out profusley which is not seen in other verna vehicles.
Major repair expenses required for every 13000 to 14000 km run of honda eterno scooter

IF68065079 and kms run 27000, at 14000 kms piston, ring has been change by ganpati auto ggn since at around 5000 km i have done the service fr ganpati auto only now they said again you need to change ring,piston,cylinder. so i would request you kindly look in to matter and help me how is it possible we need to change major repair at 27000 km only.... totally surprised that if every 13000 to 14000 we need to major repair cost like this not worthwhile to buy this product.. my contact no is 9810231327

Sub: Replacement of honda accord
Sir,
I purchased a honda accord in June2008, from your dealer Ring Road Honda, Peeragarhi, Delhi. My car no. is DL4CAH6518, chasis no. is MAKCP252F8N000407, engine no. is K24Z20000884.
I have another two cars CITY and INNOVA and I am happy with their performance.
I purchased Accord for more comfort but i regret to say that not a single trip i enjoyed this car as i have run only 5000km approx. The car has gone for repair more than 12 times till date. And is now also in your service station from 27th february at Ring Road Honda, Peeragarhi, Delhi. What it means, you know very well.
It is requested that the defective car may please be replaced at your earliest to stop further inconvenience to us.
Please just tell me the reason why it should not be replaced.You should be ready to accept complaints or loss.

TVS FIero Lack of Spare Parts

I am Mukund from Hydearbad, I own a Fiero 2001 model bike, I have purchased this bike with my hard earned money because for it's performance & Looks which are pretty good.
I have a complaint in my bike,
Problem Number(1)The problem is Ignition is getting switched OFF!! very frequently.
Problem Number(2)When I operate the cluth the cluth pin which is attached to the engine is comming out.
I immediately took it to one of the service centre called "laxmi motors" at east anandbagh they examined my bike for a while and told me that for
PROBLEM NUMBER(1) Carburator hose pipe has been damaged need to be replaced.
Problem Number(2)The clutch lock Pin is damaged and even that has to be replaced.
I agreed to there words and told them to replace it ASAP.I got a shocking answer from the service guy he says" getting these spares is highly impossible", even i tried at kiran commercial which is at MG road, even there the same answer.They say can't help out in this regard.
My bike is idle for more than 3 weeks, I am not understanding what to do now.
Complaint against Honda Siel Car Co
Submitted by Bhishm Shaktawat on Mon, 11/17/2008 - 17:13.1. I had lodged complaint on 1ts Oct 2008 with Honda Car Co, India, through E-mail on following Mechanical Defects in Original Fitments/ Equipments (OF/OE) as under :-
a. BRAKES: Disc and drum brakes regularly LOCK/ JAM all 4 wheels “when brakes are applied in Emergency (under duress)”.
i. Due to locking/ jamming of all 4 wheels in first 10-15ft the car SKIDS and continues skidding for 60-120ft distance due to momentum depending on speed from 70 to 100kmph.
ii. The locking of wheels and skidding has always resulted in serious / nearly fatal accidents plus damage to Tyres and alignment.
iii. Safety of Occupants: Safety of occupants is seriously jeopardized DUE TO LOCKING of ALL WHEELS and ride in Car is HIGLY RISKY at all the time for the occupants and other road users.
b. AIR CONDITIONING (AC): AC is TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE when outside (general/ ambient) temperature in 40 Celsius and above. This is the prevailing temperature from March till Oct all over India except J&K and Hilly regions.
Ride in the car during peak summer .i.e. Mid April to July is very uncomfortable.
c. GROUND CLEARANCE:

Submitted by JATCOTEBKZ on Sat, 11/08/2008 - 17:58.Maruthi has stopped production on model Esteem. Apparantly they have also stopped supplying parts to dealers or service outlets. What happens to the customers who purchased Esteem even immediately before they discontinued production? Are they supposed to scrap their cars because of non-availibility of parts? Other car makers see that parts are available for a reasonable period of time to enable customers to avoid hardship or loss - but Maruthi being the biggest car manufacturer in India did not have any thought for their customers who purchased their cars believing in availablity of parts and service. What they have done is highly unjustifiable and they should have the decency to keep parts available so that the customers who trusted in their service may not suffer. Customers who bought Esteem, say in 2007, had to pay road tax for 15 years, but do they also have to scrap their cars because of non availability of parts? Is Maruthy willing to take these cars back for this reason?

I purchased a new Santro Car from Hyundai Motors 10 months back. From the very first day of delivery I am facing problems in the car. When contacted with the customer care/workshop owner they were not able to rectify my problem (even after taking the car to their workshop for more than 6 times) and when asked to replace the product they simply refused to do so.
I am hereby looking for your advice on how to get my problem resolved either by getting my car repaired or replaced.

Hyundai's Poor Design - Very Costly Damage!!!!
Submitted by Hyundai_H8tr on Sun, 10/19/2008 - 11:11.When my Plymouth broke down in the fall of 2006, my husband and I decided to buy a Hyundai. We really liked the warrenty and mileage guarentee that these cars had, so once again I was a proud owner of a Hyundai Elantra.
Little did I know what I was in store for.....In the 2 years that I have had this car, we have had it in the shop 7 times. The first time was because our city decided to repave the asphault in front of our home and the little rocks got stuck in the wheel bed. I was told that this is not covered by Hyundai's warrenty, since it was caused by something other then normal wear and tear.
