Submitted by bhavya_sumit on Thu, 07/01/2010 - 09:55.Hi, as Auto point dealer has cheated us , first he has instal the wrong A/c gas and says it will work properly and with in 1/2 month only its not work as i paid 2000 for that
as he is not agree that he has done wrong and install wrong gas to the compressor

Submitted by sushant thorat on Mon, 06/07/2010 - 15:09.I had given my swift dzire zxi for denting painting to the service center...they took 3 days for that minor work ....in addition thier agent damaged my left side of the rear bumper...the color of the painted bumper was not matching with the original color(white)....they damaged my AC...and the most PATHETIC thing they polished the tyres of my car with CAR OIL...that says it all about the service that Sai service maruti gives.

Poor Service from fortune motors, Thane

I sent my car on 08/03/2010 for maintenance of my Fiat Linea car in Fortune morors. I received a call from MR sawant, Manager ( May be body shop ) at around 5.45 PM that my car is ready. I told him that i am from Dahanu, which is more than 100 km from Thane and if i send my driver to fortune cars it will take at least 3 hrs, so my driver will come at around 9 PM, Mr Sawant assured me that I will get my car at that time. So on this commitment I send my driver from dahanu at around 6.15 PM to thane, Fotune motors. My driver reached at Fortune motors at 9.05 Pm, but Mr Sawant left without informing me ( customer). At 9.10 PM my driver ranged me to inform that no officer is available at Fortume motors, so my car will not get. Then i rang to Mr Sawant, but, he reply me very rudely maner ( Tumko job hi karana hai karo, mai kuch bhi karne wala nahi) and he cut the phone.
I was in a very terrible situation that my driver is waiting at Fortune motors at now 10.00 pm for my car and he has all the way came from Dahanu and it is very difficult for him to go back to Dahanu and he has no relative at thane to stay.

Till now I have got it serviced nine times at almost every service centre in Mumbai and Pune in anticipation that for once I might get good service for my car as you promise. But till now I could not get the feeling that my car has been serviced properly. Each time it was the most ordinary service that I could have got from any local service center by paying less than half the money that I have spent in your service centers.
Why I am writing this to you today is because what I have experienced in the last servicing is the worst that could happen to any Chevrolet/GM owner and I regret buying a Chevrolet vehicle after that. Earlier I used to encourage my friends and relative to buy Chevrolet car as the product is indeed very good but with this kind of service I feel very pity for them who bought it on my good word of mouth for General Motors.
Waris Auto "Speed" service Failure

I am very much disappointed with the services and decided not to continue my membership in future or never suggest any one for becoming a speed member.
Today morining when I was ready for office, I found that my car is not being started. I called your speed helpline and they told me that the mechanic will reach me within half an hour. But after half an hour, when I called once again then they told me that it will take around one hour more. After one hour at 11:30 am they simply told that services are not provided at home. And speed will not help me for the breakdown.
I would like to know that why it was not told to me at my first call.
Secondly I was assured at the time of purchase that the services are provided at home also.
I think this is a breach of contract.
In our office, approx 9-10 members has taken this facility after my recommendation but now I am advising all of them not to trust on Speed service as they are no1 cheater in this industry.
Thanx for cheating me and developing a dissatisfied customer.

BAD DEALER NETWORK OF MAHINDRA LOGAN
Submitted by skkedia on Thu, 07/30/2009 - 11:03.The Quality of Mahindra Logan Dealers is a matter of serious concern. Right from the word ‘GO’ I have been experiencing problems with Logan Dealers. The services of GMS at the time of delivery of vehicle were highly unsatisfactory. Very soon without any information GMS closed with no one to attend the Customers.
The Anti rust treatment carried out by GMS was very unsatisfactory and incomplete. After their closure Mahindra Dealers & the Anti Rust treatment co. viz. ‘FUCOT’ expressed their inability to solve the problem as GMS had closed down and FUCOT was no more carrying out treatment at any Logan service centers. Ultimately with great difficulty I got touch up job carried out at Sai Service, Maruti Dealer.
My Check for extended warranty was not forwarded to Mahindra and hence no Certificate was issued and my money was gobbled up by them and they closed down. They didn’t even inform me that a Certificate was reqd. With great difficulty after several follow ups and taking up ht matter vigorously with Mahindra , I got the Certificate issued after a long time.
Waris Auto Services "Speed" (On road Car Service)
Submitted by vibhorsinghal on Mon, 07/13/2009 - 10:37.I took the membership of "Speed",which provides on road car repair service in Delhi and NCR.They promise that their mechanic will reach to the spot within 30 minutes.
My car got stuck 3 times in past 15 days and i called Speed's call center every time.But not even a single time any of their mechanic came to repair my car on the spot.Instead they kept on lying that their mechanic has already left will reach to the spot soon.I waited for 2 and half hours and after that i had to drag my car to the nearest mechanic myself.
I missed an important meeting at office due to which i had to face serious consequences from my company.I also had to drag my car myself.

Honda Dealer not providing Failure report for accident

Since 22nd Nov 2008 itself, I had requested the dealer to provide me the failure accident report. Even after more than 7-8 follow-up calls to Honda Seils Car India (Honda One to One at 1800113121) and follow-up mail to Honda, I have not received the failure accident report.

But we thought that the Tata Xeta was a better option with more features and less price which means value for money.. So we bought a Tata Xeta GLG model on the 18th of February 2008 from the Vistar motor outlet in Panajim-Goa as it is close to my father place before marrage. We thought ourselves to be proud owners of a brand new Tata Xeta, but our excitement soon turned into resentment. First of all we realised that the front left window glass had a problem and fog light was not working. First of all when I reach home I realize that my fog lights are not working. I tried my best to find out what the problem for my new car. We reported the problem to the outlet from where we had purchased the car. We were told the get the car to the outlet. When I was told that there were no wiring for the fog light inside. They request me as there is no spare part available in Goa this problem will be solve within five days and works manager (Mr babu) will contact me personally. But he never contacted but I had to remind him for my problem. So after 2 month my problem was solve for my new car.
Jim Click - Loses their 5 Star Chrysler Rating and I can see why!!!
Submitted by Hyundai_H8tr on Sun, 10/19/2008 - 11:27.If you live in Arizona, Im sure you have heard of Jim Click. At one time they carried the highest star rating in customer service. But recenlty they lost their 5 star Chrysler rating.
Their auto mechanics can not figure out what end is their end and what end is their a** if their life depended on it......
The last 4 times I have had my Hyundai at the Jim Click Hyundai in Tucson, AZ, it took their mechanics days to figure out the problem. Come on People, its not like I took my car to a Saturn Dealer, or a VW dealer, I took it not only the dealership that I bought it from, but a Hyundai mechanic.
When my batterly kept dying the first two times I had it in their they could not figure out the problem so they said it was me leaving my lights on, when in reality it was the alternator and battery. The 3rd time I took it in for this problem they thought it was the main brain computer had gone bad, however the Hyundai mechanic did not ground something properly so the test was inaccurate.
RACE - CAR HELPLINE ??
Submitted by capt_barnwal on Tue, 10/14/2008 - 17:37.I had subscribed to the RACE car helpline on 24/8/08. The RACE company had sent their Franchise sales agent from Waris Associates to my residence. The amount was paid to the person and the Sales agent gave a receipt to that and also told me and wrote on the receipt that on payment of Rs.365 I shall be getting service from 24/8/08 to 23/11/08.
I was travelling from Dwarka to Residence in Delhi on 9 Oct 08 with family at 4 am when my car had a puncture. When I called up RACE the call centre for Help the man told me that my RACE membership had lapsed on May 08 itself. I pleaded to him that my membership to RACE was valid. He advised me that if I pay Rs.400 for a new membership then I ll get the service. The amount was too much for a puncture.
Finally a passer by was requested to change the tyre to whom I had to pay Rs.150. Today when I was checking the record I found the receipt on which was clearly written that my membership was valid upto 23/11/08. Which means despite having paid I was not given the service.

Today at 10am i went to Kamal Auto Industries (Address: 82-A, Road Number 4, I.P.I.A Kota-324005 Telephone: 91-744-2424799 Fax: 91-744-2423289) for the service of my car Hyundai Accent(RJ-20 0835), there employees didn't attended me for 10-15 minutes and when i asked 1 employee that please listen to my problem(whose name is Dev) he send me to another person(whose name is Neeraj).When i contact him he said me to wait for 5 minutes.But even after an hour he didn't come to me and when i ask him to listen my problem he said that "come tommorow".I just got shocked and ask him that please its urgent.But then he didn't talk to me and said foul words and said that if you want to get your car serviced come tommorow otherwise never.
I want to know how you hire such unresponsible and arrogant employee who don't even attend the person and talk to them properly.I want you to look into the matter personally.
