Britannia Fruit Cake .. Wet cake pieces inside.. it's really worst ...

Hello All,

It's a unique portal where we can complaint about our consumer experience related to a product.

I brought a Britannia Fruit cake on 30/03/2009 from our local Genearal store in Prashant Vihar , Delhi.

When i opened the pack ,the slices are wet from inside and it's really smell bad.I will not able to eat those slices.

The Lot no. of packet is -- 11155
Pkg Date: 03/02/2009

I called up in company regarding it , and i found that they don't have any complaint department whom i filed my complaint.Even they regret me to give Email id of their official management.They were even know about Email about it. They even don't provide me and told me to visit on their website to send feedback form...

Please anyone help me out of this issue...
