: refusing to give a higher education loan

Respected sir : I am studying M.E in noorul islam university at kumaracoil , kaniyakumari dist , I had been applied for higher education loan on Indian overseas bank at dohnavur (1379) on 07 october 2009 and the branch manager told that he will give loan with in month based on that I was paid my first semester fees and continue my study . but later on the branch manager asked me to deposit 2 lakh rupees as a surety but Iam not able to deposit the amount which the branch manager require. moreover my father have an account with same branch SB/AC 3905 . then iam frequently met the branch manager regarding my education loan but he told me to go tirunelveli regional office based on his advise I went to tirunelveli regional office and met Mr. CHANDRA BOSE who is the education loan sanction officer . he review my application which was in his table and he told me that he will give me the loan with in a week . i was waited over month but iam not got any response from them. then I went to dohnavur branch and asking the branch manager regarding loan he told that IOB will not give loan for PG course(M.E) they will give loan only for UG (BE)

Personal Loan from ICICI bank

Hi Sir,

I was working in Gurgaon.
In the year 2007 i applied for a personal loan and the agent took all the documents and 5 cheks, later after 5 days the agent said that my application has been rejected. But when I checked my account online it showed that the loan has been approved to my account but i was not able to withdraw it, i even called the customer service and complained about the same but the issue was not resolved. The bank even took emi form n=my account so i stopped to use the account. I called the bank again to check about that when the agent asked me my personal details, i gave it but the details were not matching.

So please look into this and suggest.

Bad experience with Sharekhan.com

I had a bad experience while trading at sharekhan.com

I bought 10,000 Birla Power shares @ Rs. 3.20 per share on 3rd dec'09, however, it shows the amount involved as Rs. 33147/-
It should be Rs. 32000 + brokerage instead.
This means Rs. 1147 is added as brokerage, which makes it approx. 4%, which is too high. It shouldn't be legally more than 2.5%
If this is the brokerage on sharekhan.com, i would like to terminate my trading account, and would never recommend this DP to my friends and relatives.

Revert of false billing/outstanding and illeagal demand for payment

Respected Sir,
I have reminded so many times to relevant officers by phone and registered A/D letter but nothing has been done by bank against this complaint. Only assurance are receiving on phone and by letters. Every month they are increasing false outstanding by raising the bills and sending it's reminder for illeagal payment by SMS also.

Please lodge my complaints.

15% Capital Subsidy under TUF Scheme of Rs. 2,81,430

This is to bring to your notice that we (M/s. GOURI CREATION) had obtained a loan of Rs. 14,00,000, from Indian Bank ATHWALINES branch, SURAT on 15-03-2007, related to which we had submitted all the documents required to claim the capital subsidy on
22-06-2007.
On several enquiries from the bank we were informed that our subsidy claim had been forwarded to their CIRCLE office, AHMEDABAD on 07-05-2008 and that the subsidy would be released shortly. It disappoints us to state that even after several enquiries
we have neither received the subsidy nor any response from the Indian bank, regarding the same.
We were told from the indian bank, Athwalines branch to enquire at the Ahmedabad Regional Office. Ahmedabad office told us that your work is in progress. But now keeping our file pressed since 28 months, they are telling us not to CALL here.
We were surprised from their behaviour. They tells us that your subsidy claim will not be entertained, because it is time-barred. We want to ask one question that if we had not submitted the subsidy claim papers in time, then how does the INTEREST SUBSIDY
Rs. 76708/- was given to us on 25-06-2009.

Harrasment by HSBC BANK LEGAL ADVISORS

I was working in bangalore as a designer for one of the buying houses and due to recession i lost my job, due to which i am unable to pay my debt with this credit card and now the amount is doubled even the credit card limit.

Some local advisor calls me from bangalore and starts off with an entire set of sections, which was not even clear in his terms. He also gets a police officer to get on the call and start tory is abusive language, with out even knowing what my end of the story is.

i am ready to pay but in very small emi's and still i get to hear all this language. i tried to do a settlement also but i was unable to get the confidence of the same. It is a real shame that at a point of recession the bank authorities have come down to such a level where people like us have to actually listen to this kind of music.

please help.

Cheque bounced

Dear Sir,
I did'nt get back to you immediately after I got ur reply since I preferred
to wait for my first cheque drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank,Mumbai(due date 19th Sept.) to get
cleared.Today I learnt from my bank account that the amount
Rs.8800/= was first credited into my account and then withdrawn(with a note:
insufficient balance)It means that my cheque has bounced and City Limousine has cheated its customer.
I am an investor from Rajasthan.
City Limouzine Branch Office at Jaipur is not attending to my phone calls in spite
of my constant efforts.My file No. is 2798/R. Kindly guide me accordingly(what action should I take now?)

Clearance of local cheque

Hi -

I am a customer of HDFC Bank and I submitted one of the local cheque issued to me in the banki yesterday. I was been told that it will take 3 working days for the balances to be reflected.

As far as I can recall, RBI had setup guidelines that all local cheques will be cleared in a day, but this is something that is not seems to be happening in India.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Nuisance&Threatening Collections calls from Icici Bank Credit Card&Personal Loan Collection Department

It is to bring under your kind notice that I am getting third party collections&threatening calls on my numbers.I am not an Icici Bank customer I am not a Credit Card holder or i have not taken any personal loan from Icici Bank,then also I am getting third party collection calls on my number. I humbly request you to help me in this matter. As last week on Thursday(17/09/2009)ICICI BANK sent a recovery Agent at my residence.
I hope you will do needful for the same.As prior to this
also I have made several complaints to Icici Bank&I sent three mail to their headservicequality@icicibank.com but no actions have been taken&they have not even bother to reply my mail. so I
humbly request you to look into this matter&do needful for the same.

Fraud transaction on my ADD-ON HSBC Card

Sir/Mam,

I, Sumit Gupta, having credit card(No.: 4476929991524882) of HSBC bank. I got the statement in which there is a transaction of Rs.18,215 from RPG CELLUCOM I. PVT. LTD. on 22nd June,07 from my add-on card, which i never applied. At the time of filling application form i crossed the column of add-on card and in tele verification i told customer care executive that i do not want add-on card. I have not done this transaction, this totally a fraud transaction, for which I will not paid this amount. If this this transaction done by me i was allready paid the amount but i have not done this trasaction, so i`ll not pay a single penny for this.

I think this fraud is done by HSBC employees because when i crossed the application form and told customer care executive then why they send mr card how is it used???

I have another card of your bank and other bank of high value, thorugh which i made high value transaction and paid all amount with in time duration. I am giving you details of my credit cards:

Barclays at it's best mismanagement

I have a credit card of barclays. i recieved a message from Barclays that i have bought a insurance policy from ICICI Lombard. i recieved this message on 28th Augest. I complaint to customer care stating that i have not bought any such policy. I also contacted customer care of ICICI Lombard and they declined selling any such policy in my name.

it is now 17th Sept and Barclays is clueless about that.

It is very mismanaged bank and i wonder how it is working?

please be very alert while dealing with barclays.
