Airtel : Fraud in Billing

I received my bill for the no 9717996191 for the period 26/12/08 - 25/01/09 which is fully error in calculation. They mentioned adjustment amount as Rs.90. But it is not calculated in total amount. What the ppl who is not that much aware of this billing system will do? This people will keep on cheating them?
No is barred due to non payment
