Airtel Billing complaints..produced Cheques before due date
This is a complaint Reg Airtel , Distured all my plans, They don’t have a proper billing procedure
This is Navaneetha, taken a new AIRTEL -Gold postpaid plans on 21st Feb, 2009
I am a corporate employee, taken 2 cug post paid plans, and got information and confirmation from AIRTEL Executives that the first bill for any customer will not be ECS
I have to pay my first bill at any airtel branches or e- seva, or online, told that in the month of april my ECS will be produced in Bank
I got a message on my mobile that 25th March was the due date for my bill and called 121 and spoke to an agent by name Renuka and asked her when my ECS will be produced in Bank so that I can put sufficent amount in my bank account , so that cheque will not get bounce,
she told clearly that First bill will not be ECS for any new connection and told me to be relaxed
On 31st March I have seen 2 bounce charges in my mini statement and got shocked and called 121 and spoke to Franklin, swetha, naveen, Ellora from escalation dept, Madhusudhan reddy and also madhu , informed them, even after prior information why this happened for me, that i have to apply for a housing on 6th april, where i have to submit my 6 months statement and with this cheque bounce i will not get any loan
From 31st March they told it is their process mistake and will solve my problem
I gave them an example of same instance, that I had same problem with IDBI Bank who produced a cheque on wrong time and cheque got bounce , they sent a mail to ICICI Bank that it was their mistake and ICICI Bank solved my problem
I told them to approch HDFC Bank , so that their will be definitly find a solution for me
I am really sorry to say that there is no responce from your airtel executives or call centre agents since 31st March, they are daily pending the same and postponing the same
I told them that i have paid an amount of 80,000/ towards a land property and I was supposed to apply for loan on 6th april, still they are not understaning my situation nor responding my call
Finally they reverted 200/ cheque bounce charges to my airtel account …which does not solve my problem
