AIR TEL BROADBAND new connection not given - enrollment taken on 2nd march 2009 and 500 cash paid BAD RESPONSE

I am sad to inform to you that i have subscribed the AIRTEL BROAD BAND connection on2nd march 2009 under mr. k. ramanjaneyulu whose cell no. 9949011261. he collected the form and 500 rupess from me and told within one day connection will be given. but next day i asked his position he told my job is over the remaining work will be taken by engineer. then i asked the concern person whose name santhosh (cell 9989011690) and he told it will be over within one day. but after 3 days one person came and wired to my desktop level(through outside telephone connection) then left . later everyday i contacted the person one by one then said it takes time. THEN I called 1800 103 0121 (toll free) number and then told that every thing clear and we will put a note to the concern people. all these things were taken continuously. today is 14th march, 2009 . no body has turned up. THIS IS SERVICE PROVIDING BY THE AIRTEL COMPANY. SO BAD TO SAY - SO BAD TO DISCUSS. EVEN THEY DID NOT GIVEN TO ME NUMBER OF HIGHER LEVEL PEOPLE.
