I bought Reliance NetConnect since they were advertising about speed of 3.1mbps. Initially, the speed was good. However, from past one week it has deteriorated.

I've been calling the Customer Care number from 1 week and everytime, they tell me that my issue is escalated and somebody would revert however nobody bothers to call back.

Today, after being frustrated to the core, I stated that I need to cancel my services and also expect a refund of Rs3000, which I paid.

To my horror, the lady on the phone replied that this amount is non refundable. I asked if there was any document I signed where it was mentioned that this amount is non refundable and she said that there was no document as such.

I also complained that despite making advance payments, I never received a bill. The lady did not even acknowledge that point.

I am absolutely frustrated, angry and irritated and don't know what to do. Please assist me in this matter.

I am residing in E - Block, Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110019. There are some 10-15 stray dogs in our locality who gather in front of the house gates.They keep barking all the time especially during midnight & early morning causing a lot of disturbance during sleep hours. They do toilet & shit in front of house gates creating foul smell in the house and also on the streets.

These dogs sit on the cars parked and put scratches on the cars' body and even when residents put covers on their cars they tear those covers. Also they snatch things from the hands of passerby.

The worst part is they are increasing in number day by day.

I purchased 3 cars from Maruti and Vipul, Faridabad and on February 20, 2009, I purchased 4th car i.e. SX4 ZXi from Maruti and Vipul again in the name of M/s Oswal Pumps Agency.

From first day I observed that the steering wheel was very very hard making the drive extremely uncomfortable and painful.

I kept on visiting Vipul Motors numerous times and they just kept on making fool of me saying that its the way it is. Almost 6 months passed in this and finally, I then contacted Maruti Udyog Ltd by lots of emails and then after so much of troubles, Vipul people agreed that some module is faulty and I got that replaced.

Within 30 days, there developed some other problem: the horn stopped working, the steering mounted controls stopped working and the air bag sign kept on for the whole drive. For this, I got to know that the last replacement of the module was not done correctly and due to that some other module has got damaged.

Now, its been more than a month since I have been running around Vipul people and writing tons of mails to Maruti for some help and they both are making fool of me saying that the module is not ready.

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my building is Blocked & Over flowing since last 2-3 months. Even after a repeated number of complaints to local authorities & MCD Office, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewerage keeps coming out of it and has made the whole premises inside my building & on the road outside of my building very smelling foul. The problem of water not being disposed out correctly can also give rise to some disease. Due to this sewer problem my toilets are also not working properly.

Whenever I go to ask about the matter, the persons on duty give me baseless excuses that they have tried to clear the blockage but in vain, we have to bring some machine to clear up the same. I just can't understand what to do. They were completely not concerned about my helplessness of not able to use the toilet at all. What I am supposed to do?

I Ravindra kumar aggarwal resident of gali no-4,sanjay colony makes the complaint that all sewer are blocked in our gali no-4,due to this a serious deasese can be arise. The mcd department will be responsiable for that because I have makes the complaint so many times at the local area Narela.I found that on the main Safiabad road Sanjay Colony side So many people have coverd the main drain so many diffculties to clean the main drain.

This is regarding False commitment and Fraudulent Practices done by Airtel. My Airtel No is 011-43052312 (Delhi). During the month of Oct, I did not receive the bill of my landline bill. After waiting for few more days when I called Airtel they told that bill has been delivered and they have the POD. When I requested them to send the copy of POD to me as well, they just refused my requested. After I contacted the Airtel Nodal office, the Nodal Officer (Mr Jatin), commited that the copy of Bill should reach me in 7 days, But even after 15 days I have not received the PODs. This is a clear indication of fradulent signatures done on POD which is a LEGAL OFFENCE DONE BY AIRTEL.

I even wrote a letter to Airtel Appellate Authority but they are hardly bothered about the matter.

Then in the following month there was a excess bill sent to me. After following up for nearly 3 months, I was commited an adjustment of Rs 5066/- (Letter was also given to me on Airtel letter head). But it was shocking to get my next month bill. The committed adjustment is missing from the bill. When I contacted Airtel again, I was asked to furnish the proofs of adjustment.

I was working in Gurgaon.
In the year 2007 i applied for a personal loan and the agent took all the documents and 5 cheks, later after 5 days the agent said that my application has been rejected. But when I checked my account online it showed that the loan has been approved to my account but i was not able to withdraw it, i even called the customer service and complained about the same but the issue was not resolved. The bank even took emi form n=my account so i stopped to use the account. I called the bank again to check about that when the agent asked me my personal details, i gave it but the details were not matching.

So please look into this and suggest.

This is regarding the quality of flats at the River Scape Project in Aluva, Kochi constructed by Skyline Builders in Kerala.We signed up the contract for this flat two years back in USA. In their brochures they claimed the apartment complex as a luxury apartment, but the entire project has no luxury inside the flat. The entire tile work is zig zag with non matching tiles. The plumbing fixtures are of sub standard. The constructed the ceiling in such a way that Geyser cannot be installed vertically. They are insisting flat owner to buy horizontal geysers forcing then to incur additional cost. Moreover they are now claiming that the space provided is for horizontal geysers only which was not disclosed in the brochure or in the contract we signed. The pictures shown the brochure was totally different from what it came out after construction. The flooring was done without any quality checks so that the tiles were displaced after a few days of stay. The tiles used inside the house and outside the lobbys were of really low quality. The plumbing work is so poor with low quality materials, and all the joints are leaking in almost every bathrooms and kitchen.
