Poor Service from fortune motors, Thane

I sent my car on 08/03/2010 for maintenance of my Fiat Linea car in Fortune morors. I received a call from MR sawant, Manager ( May be body shop ) at around 5.45 PM that my car is ready. I told him that i am from Dahanu, which is more than 100 km from Thane and if i send my driver to fortune cars it will take at least 3 hrs, so my driver will come at around 9 PM, Mr Sawant assured me that I will get my car at that time. So on this commitment I send my driver from dahanu at around 6.15 PM to thane, Fotune motors. My driver reached at Fortune motors at 9.05 Pm, but Mr Sawant left without informing me ( customer). At 9.10 PM my driver ranged me to inform that no officer is available at Fortume motors, so my car will not get. Then i rang to Mr Sawant, but, he reply me very rudely maner ( Tumko job hi karana hai karo, mai kuch bhi karne wala nahi) and he cut the phone.
I was in a very terrible situation that my driver is waiting at Fortune motors at now 10.00 pm for my car and he has all the way came from Dahanu and it is very difficult for him to go back to Dahanu and he has no relative at thane to stay.
not finishing the work
Submitted by malikaccessories on Fri, 03/12/2010 - 09:35.This is with reference to the re-construction of the road at the naiwalan,karol bagh, New Delhi.my shop is at 8/1158,naiwalan,karol bagh.i want to bring to your kind notice that the construction work on this road was started almost 15 days back and can’t say when this will last. The contractor stops the work in between now and then. The road is broken from places and i am suffering a lot because its just right ahead of my building..its getting difficult to even open the shop due to the damaged part due to this and the muck that has been made by the labour in order of construction work ,everyday somebody or the other falls in it. The whole portion has been damaged and there are no signs of getting it made or renovated. The road has been broken at so many places that there is dust all over the place and people are having breathing problems. One old aged person had to be hospitalized as he fell down in the damaged area and he got hurt. The throat and nasal problems are quite common as every one is inhaling dust forget about the broken road on which kids and old has to walk through. God knows what will happen next. when will something concrete happen.

The MCD installed or place their plastics dustbins at various place in our locality. But as the time passes people living near to the dustbins get irritated with the foul smell. At many place the dustbins destroyed by fire and in many places, the dustbins is removed by the garbage collectors truck people.
Due to this only 2-3 dustbins are left. And these dustbins causes great pain to the people living near it and even people from other block of our locality also put their garbage in these 2-3 dustbins. The whole dustbins full of garbage within a hour and garbage start coming out of these dustbins. And spread all over the road and causes accident.
I request MCD authority to remove these 2-3 dustbins, so that people and cleaner put garbage in the Garbage dump built by MCD on outside of the colony.
Pathetic, highly frustrating and blood-boiling .....worstmost mobile repair experience at NeedTel Communications, Sector 7, FBD

I gave my Nokia 2626 for repair there. I was told that there might be an issue with the charging IC because of which my cell phone after showing complete charge is switched off automatically after 5-10 seconds of starting. The guy, names Shyam, told me that estimated amount will be 500-700 and I will be getting the mobile back after 3 days. I requested him that even if it takes a day longer, he should better keep it with him for verifying that the problem is solved.
After frequent follow-ups and nearly 12 rounds, I finally got my mobile back. It all happened because of following shit*y reasons: "We are still testing it", "Our main guy has gone sick", the main guy who got sick has gone for honeymoon after marriage", "Some new problem is found".....
Use of Bad Material in Making of the Road and not Finishing the Work

We want to bring to your kind notice that the construction work on this road was started almost four months ago and can’t say when this will last. The contractor from MCD (Central Zone) Mr. Sukhbeer stops the work in between now and then. The road is broken from places and we are suffering a lot due to this. The little portion he had made is not upto the mark. The material used is so poor that there is dust all over the place and people are having breathing problems. One old aged person has to be hospitalized as his lungs have been damaged due to this. The throat and nasal problems are quite common as every one is inhaling dust forget about the broken road on which kids and old has to walk through. God knows what will happen next. I have tried my best and put the matter to Je. & Ae. of Works Deptt. and as well as Deputy. Commissioner of MCD, Central Zone, Lajpat Nagar. On dated 12/12/2009, through the area Councilor Dhir Singh Kasana (Ward No. 190) C.R.Park itself, but nothing concrete came out.
: refusing to give a higher education loan
Submitted by srikanth on Fri, 03/05/2010 - 17:21.Respected sir : I am studying M.E in noorul islam university at kumaracoil , kaniyakumari dist , I had been applied for higher education loan on Indian overseas bank at dohnavur (1379) on 07 october 2009 and the branch manager told that he will give loan with in month based on that I was paid my first semester fees and continue my study . but later on the branch manager asked me to deposit 2 lakh rupees as a surety but Iam not able to deposit the amount which the branch manager require. moreover my father have an account with same branch SB/AC 3905 . then iam frequently met the branch manager regarding my education loan but he told me to go tirunelveli regional office based on his advise I went to tirunelveli regional office and met Mr. CHANDRA BOSE who is the education loan sanction officer . he review my application which was in his table and he told me that he will give me the loan with in a week . i was waited over month but iam not got any response from them. then I went to dohnavur branch and asking the branch manager regarding loan he told that IOB will not give loan for PG course(M.E) they will give loan only for UG (BE)
illegal deduction from prepaid by Aircel
Submitted by goswami11 on Fri, 03/05/2010 - 12:47.I recently bought prepaid connect simcard of Aircel (mobile No.8802862377) and recharged Rs.20 (first time) and Rs.125 (second time). the problem started by their unprecedented deduction of Rs.10 from the first recharge. customer care replied for this deduction that I have requested for a service for chat (make friends). there was no any sent message or any call like such in my phone's memory. i said them to deactivate this.
when i recharged for Rs.125 next time, they again deducted Rs.30. after enquiry customer care once again said the same active service for chat. i requested the customer care to lodge complaint. but there is no response for one month. I E-mailed a complaint. but there is no response.
once again i called customer care to solve my problem and they suggested to call 570001 and follow the instructions. there a computerised service i met and pressed the suggested number to deactivate the service of chat. they thanked me and said 'your service has been now deactivated'.
the next day they again deducted my Rs.30. after enquiry, once again customer care said that i have sent a request for service of chat.

On 19th Dec 2009 i have given advance chq. of Rs.20,000/- , after i have paid another 15,000/- in second week of Jan 2010. But till yet this Mr. Ashok Vaishnav Prop. of Shubham Modular Kitchen & Interior not done my work. He is just tell us that his problems every time. When i told him that if he does not complete my work then i'll go to consumer court, on that he replies do what ever you want.

then they call you they commit you, they will put at least two member under you , and after than they just ask your referral, your relatives, friends, It's total MLM nothing more ,
second most important thing they use pay pal a US payment gateway who charge you in dollar and then convert it to rupees latter , its add up 40 to 100 rs additional in price ,
and keep promising about adding local icici payment gateway which they are not going to add because they don't have that much available money
I suggest if you want to do online business do it on ebay or indiaplaza

sewer blockage

Stray Dogs and Drainage System

There is lot of stray dogs which may be dangerous to children. These dogs are required to be removed from the residential area.In night time they climb on the vechiles and damage the entire vechile.My CAR has been damaged due to this.
Secondly the work of drainage system is going on in the streets phase by phase but the worker are doing it in a slow manner which creates a big hindrance in our day to day life. It is requested to look into the matter at the earliest.
IFB Elena Washing Machine Caught Fire

There were lots of problems with the machine and I was always busy with the customer care service. (Making calls, then waiting for the engineer, then facing some new problem, then again making call and so on....)
Situation became worst when the machine caught fire only after 24 hours of the service. I guess that there was some loose point left within the machine by the service engineer and it sparked when it was on load. About 10 cloths were semi burnt within the machine but somehow we managed to douse the fire.
Now the real problem starts. After making call to the customer care, they sent someone to check the machine after 3 days. He told that he has prepared the report and will send someone with the spare parts to repair the machine. My paid AMC was from March 2008 - Feb 2009. This incident was somewhere in June 2008.
PF complaint

I am working in a private organisation still from 1 1/2 year previously i have 5 years excluding this 1 1/2. the issue is that, our MD is not paying any PF for me . and i am asked for that but he refused and he said i will not pay the PF now i will start to pay the after completion of 3 years of my service and also he refuses to signing on forms for withdrawing PF for other employee. and he is not following any other Rules like EL's and others. and PF officers also not following any rules and they just taking money for adjusting and going back but no one is questioning . and what is the future of us our MD earing more profits but he will not follow any incremental systems also i am working still for the same salary . sir i think PF is the best saving for my future i will not get anything after my retirement please give best solution for me how to complaint on this without displaying my name. other wise i lost my job. it is aqua cultural businee near visakhapatnam. pandurangapuram.
i am waiting for your suggestions.
